HEALTHY SALAD RECIPE : LETUCE AND BEAN SPROUTS SALAD.
Try this interesting combination of bean sprouts and iceberg lettuce with a colourful mix of cherry tomatoes, spring onions and cheeslings. With its fresh flavours and crunchy texture, this salad will make for an interesting meal.
Ingredients
1 cup iceberg lettuce , torn into pieces
1 cup bean sprouts
1/2 cup cheery tomatoes , cut into halves
1/4 cup sliced spring onion greens
1/2 cup cheeselings
To Be Mixed Into A Dressing
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp oil
salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste
Method
1. Combine all the ingredients, except the cheeselings in a bowl and toss well.
2. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
3. Just before serving, add the cheeselings and toss well.
4. Serve immediately
