Healthy Corn Bhel Recipe.
Try this healthy version of this popular snack, corn bhel. Mixed with a healthy serving of vegetables, this is the perfect snack for your child and you.Ingredients
1 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
1 tsp oil
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped capsicum
1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped coriander (dhania)
1/2 cup apple cubes (with the skin)
1/4 cup orange segments (optional)
A pinch of sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
Method
1. Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the onions and sauté on a medium flame untill the onions turn light brown in colour.
2. Add the capsicum and corn and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
3. Transfer to a bowl, add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.
4. Serve immediately garnished with sev.
