Healthy Watermelon Sorbet
Is it a drink or is it a dessert? Try this healthy watermelon sorbet to cool you down this summer. Filled with flavours and low on calories, this recipe is the perfect dessert for a summer party.
Ingredients
3 cups watermelon (tarbuj) cubes, deseeded
2 tbsp skim milk powder
2 sachets (1 gm each) sugar substitute
2 tsp lemon juice

Method
1. Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer till smooth.
2. Transfer into a shallow container, cover and freeze for 4 to 6 hours.
3. Scrape out using a fork and serve immediately in 4 individual small glasses.
